In just 23 days, The Courageous Church (http://Courageous.tv) will be launching our Grand Opening @ Center Stage -right in the heart of Atlantic Station in Midtown Atlanta. No church has ever held its regular Sunday gatherings @ Center Stage…and that's why we're on our way there! We're not doing what other churches are doing because our passion is to connect with people that other churches aren't connecting with.

Don't worry if you don't have any previous church experience or don't speak Christianese because that is not really what we are looking for! Don't worry if you aren't perfect, because no perfect people are allowed! Whatever station of life you find yourself in, we want to welcome you as a part of the NEW community of faith that we are forming in the heart of our great city. You don't have to be black or white or rich or poor or educated or a man or a woman or ANYTHING to fully enjoy what we're about to get started!

Wanna get a feel for our style? Take a deep breath…

We are a Bible based, in your face sensitive, contemporary vintage, give you the clothes off of our back, hip hop rock, come as you are, doing whatever it takes to communicate the courageous, life-giving message of Jesus type of community!
Now that we've made that really clear, we guess you wanna know if I (Pastor Shaun -the guy cheesing in the picture up in right hand corner) will wear jeans on Sunday morning. Yep, but I may pull out some fly business casual wear just to surprise you and if I'm really feeling risky I may rock sweat pants and a hoody! Pretty bold, huh? Just kidding!

We're about way more than clothes!(*Emphasis mine-jamie)

We try really hard to tear down the formal barriers and divisions that keep uninterested people far from the church and church people really far from a relationship with Jesus. Our vision is to Love God, Love People, and Prove It...so what you wear, what you drive, how you wear your hair, where you're from, where you've been...none of that stuff carries any weight with us or with God. We are all hurting people trying to find our way in the world.

We're probably not your grandmomma's church, but we'd like for it to be. Bring her with you too!
