* I spoke with Chris Estes from Integrity today and I realized how much I hate to bother folks with work items on weekends. Good thing he’s my bro.

* I wish I liked what I call “midwest rock” like Three Days Grace, Trapt, Hinder, etc because it is on the radio all the time. I “get it”..It just doesn’t connect with me.

* Wanna know what rocks me? I have it set up that when I blog or do a status update (ala Twitter) it sends it to multiple sites at once..making it harder for YOU to escape…ME!

* I really wanna make a modern worship disc..been saying that for years.

* Looks like the Crunch performance from last year’s Firefest is gonna be released on DVD soon. Probably do some “Kiss Alive” style fixes along the way..haha….

* The first week of school was a success for the Rowe kids. Christian and Kaitlyn are at marching band right this minute.

* I really dig the “pieces of flair” app on facebook.

* I’ve lost a little bit of weight by cutting back the carbs..but you know me, it’s a constant struggle.

* I’m feeling a lot better lately..and that’s gonna be the topic of another blog soon.
